【美工篇】电商美工与运营的爱恨纠葛该如何解决?做好这些就皆大欢喜了![复制链接]

看到这个话题,想必很多人心理都所有疑问,到底运营和美工如何解决这种矛盾?这次,我通过【美工篇】和【运营篇】2篇文章为大家解答这个问题。

电商视觉营销是电商运营中一个非常重要的环节,所以电商美工在这当中也起到一个非常重要的角色,包括点击率和转化率都和美工有着一定关系。

很多刚出学校或者刚入行的设计师往往只懂得视觉,不懂营销,店铺不是大红就是大紫,各种毫无逻辑的颜色搭配,N多字体的乱用,素材的随意拼接,只要自己觉得好看的就都用上了,一味的追求新鲜,各种天马行空的想法,做完之后自我感觉良好,感觉自己做的就是最出色的设计了……

作为一个电商美工一定要知道营销才是目的,视觉只是营销的一个手段。如何让消费者在最短的时间内能够看懂你是卖什么的,核心利益点是什么才是关键。而不应该是做很多酷炫的效果,让消费者眼花缭乱不知所云

如果你再遇到一个不懂视觉的运营,那么你大部分的时间就会浪费在修图、改图上,一遍两遍三遍……无止境的改下去,毫无意义的浪费时间。
视觉设计审美本身就是一个感性的东西。比如:你喜欢黄色,他却喜欢红色;你喜欢图标精致小巧一些,他可能喜欢图标大气一点;同一个产品拍摄或者制作出来之后,有人就觉得好看,有人就是看着不顺眼,这个就是审美存在的差异。

所以说,每个悲催的设计师身后都有一群指点江山的大神。

你曾经是否也遇到过这种情况?
突然不想干了!当店铺转化率低的时候,一开会讨论,最后问题点都归到美工这里,其实全店的转化率低,不都是美工的事情,这中间有很多问题牵扯着,单方面的把责任都推出去是不负责的表现。
这最关键的一点就是沟通。当你们能建立起一套统一的视觉标准,并且让美工和运营审美达到一致的情况下,这时候的沟通就会很高效而且没有矛盾了,如果你们公司能够制定这样一套视觉标准的话,美工和运营之间就不存在争吵的矛盾,工作效率也至少提升50%以上。

所以电商美工如何才能摆脱这种痛苦呢?唯一的放心就是要懂得什么是好的视觉,什么是营销视觉,并且最终能够和运营建立一套大家公认的好的视觉标准才是解决问题的关键。
